The Essay Competition - PRIZE - Ticket to Kazakhstan Growth Forum 09 in London

Kazakhstan Society in association with the Embassy
of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United Kingdom is announcing an
Essay Competition. The theme for the first of its kind competition
among Kazakhstani students is our country and its future. Anyone
currently enrolled at the educational institution in the UK can
participate. Essays can be submitted in two languages: English and
Kazakh. Title for the essay can be found below.
Please bear in mind that the deadline for the submission of the
essays is 7 June at 19:00 (London time) and the winners will be
announced shortly afterwards. There will be 3 winners overall. The two
winners – in the according language category – will get opportunity to
participate at Europe’s largest and most prestigious international
forum on Kazakhstan which is going to be held in London between 17 and
19 June. Single attendance ticket costs £2000, so do not ignore this
great opportunity! You will be exposed to the highest ranked government
and business seniors, as well as academics from international
institutions. Another winner will get a special prize. Details of the

with the e-mail subject ESSAY COMPETITION. For any further information

The title of the essay is:
How can I contribute to the Future of Kazakhstan
One
should appreciate that Kazakhstan needs help from each one of us in
order to achieve higher standards of living, education and culture
overall. This is a broad topic and if you choose to write the essay
under this heading, you are welcome to apply your knowledge from your
major specialisation, be it economics, sociology, science or even film
studies. What we will be valuing in our assesment is your sincere
patriotic feelings and willingness to make a change.
